Built by people who have worked the front desk.
Beaver Hub HMS runs the whole property — reservations, front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, transport and billing — from one system with one guest record. Built on Odoo.
Why this one
Most systems manage rooms. This one runs the business.
Every hotel system handles reservations, room status and billing well enough. What separates them is what happens around those — the allergy that never reaches the kitchen, the bar tab that never reaches the folio, the transfer nobody logged.
Beaver Hub HMS is built around those gaps. The parts that usually run on WhatsApp, paper chits and memory now run in the system — and so does the half of your business hotel software normally ignores.
From enquiry to invoice
Nine departments, one guest record
Guests book on your website or at the counter, with availability, rate and room status on one screen. Check-in captures identity, allergies, celebrations and airport pick-up in one pass.
Check-out raises the housekeeping task automatically. Every charge — restaurant, minibar, transport, add-ons — lands on one folio, and the invoice generates from that record.
Restaurant, bar and room service
Count the hands a drink passes through before it becomes money
In most hotels this is a phone call — a waiter reads a room number to reception, who writes it on a chit and keys it in later, if it survives the shift. Every red step below is a point where it can quietly stop moving.
The back office
Your accounts are not a separate system
Ask most hoteliers where their numbers live and the answer is: partly in the PMS, partly in a till, partly in a spreadsheet — fully understood only after month-end.
Beaver Hub HMS removes the handoffs, because the back office is not a connected system — it is the same system. Room revenue, F&B, minibar and add-ons post to your accounts as they're charged.
The operational core runs on Odoo Community, free. Odoo Enterprise adds full financial automation and payroll per user, when you're ready — same database, no migration.

Where the money actually shows up
A folio is only useful if everything reaches it. The restaurant posts from the till, the minibar from the room, transport when the driver completes the run.
Because it's one database, the same numbers are already in your accounts — split into room revenue, F&B and ancillary, tagged to the outlet that earned them.
Find your property
Three kinds of hotel, three different problems
The same system, configured for what actually goes wrong at your scale.
The operational depth of a chain, without the headcount
When the owner is also the duty manager.
Independent properties lose money in small, invisible places — a bar tab that never reached the folio, a transfer never charged, an upgrade given away with no record. Beaver Hub HMS closes them without adding staff.
- Restaurant, bar and minibar charges reaching the folio without a phone call
- Add-ons and room upgrades sold from the same screen as check-in
- Every charge visible on one folio at any point during the stay
- Guest history retained across stays for returning guests
Accountability that survives the shift change
When three departments have to agree on one room.
At forty rooms and up, failures stop being about capability and start being about handoff. Beaver Hub HMS makes the handoffs explicit — assigned, acknowledged and logged, not retold.
- Two-way shift handover with acknowledgement state
- Incident register with severity, owner and status
- Housekeeping board with priority, assignment and verification stages
- Room status visible by floor, in one board, for the whole property
The arrival lobby is the whole first impression
Fifty arrivals, one coach, one queue.
Resorts absorb group arrivals, airport runs and dietary complexity that city properties never see, all at once. Bulk check-in processes the whole group together instead of fifty individual transactions.
- Group booking with three billing modes: combined, equal split, or by consumption
- Transport queue sorted by pickup time with driver and vehicle allocation
- Flight number, arrival time and luggage counts captured at check-in
- Multiple F&B outlets posting to the correct folio under the group's billing mode
Guest safety
The allergy reaches the kitchen. Automatically.
Most systems can store a dietary preference. Storing it isn't the same as acting on it — usually it's written on a card, mentioned at the desk, and reaches the restaurant only if someone remembers to walk it over.
Beaver Hub HMS captures it as structured data at check-in and notifies the departments that need to know — visible against the guest before the order is taken, not after.
